Wat is EOS

Eos is not just a cryptocurrency but an entire blockchain platform. Its functionality is similar to Ethereum. However, the final goal specified in the 2017 roadmap is somewhat different. Eos is already making it possible to create decentralised applications (dapps) by any user. In fact, it is an operating system with a set of intuitive functions and services.

The main idea of the Block One development team is the simplicity and accessibility of blockchain technologies. The service is based on unlimited possibilities based on security, easy scalability to thousands of transactions per second, stability and computing power.

Eos, led by Dan Larimer and Brendan Blamer, has already outlined its plans to change the landscape of the crypto industry and decentralised payments. Already, the entry threshold for developers and entrepreneurs who, for whatever reason, require blockchain-based technologies has been significantly lowered.

In addition, the operating system will soon provide cloud hosting services, provision of server space, as well as user authentication services.
